As a member of the executive team and leader of a very talented group of creative professionals, I spearheaded and shepherded an agency culture makeover. We had a desire to build a new foundation for how people in the agency wanted to show up each and every day. The creative department collaboratively built a gift for the agency: a portable DJ booth!
#cmdeverywhere was a call-to-action for all employees to share what they love to do and who they are outside of work. We also shared our passion with fellow agencies via special events, a speaker series, and of course, parties!
